The Penthouse Villa is located on the second floor on the north side of the resort. The Penthouse Villa contains 155 m2 of living space with a spacious balcony from which you can overlook the entire resort. This modern, newly built penthouse features spacious living and sleeping areas The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. The high ceilings give a grand and spacious effect to the home.
Sleeping:
The home features 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom having its own walk-in closet and bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Both bathrooms are spacious and finished with high quality European plumbing and materials. Through the fully open sliding front you get access to the spacious covered porch of approx 25m². On this porch you will experience a cooling breeze and you have a beautiful view with lots of privacy.
Resort:
The resort will have a very tropical look. This is due to the beautifully designed landscaping. The spacious communal pool is accessible to every resident and will be a nice meeting place. There is a small pool next to the large pool where children can play. Next to the pool is a spacious sun deck with sunbeds covered by a beautiful pergola. In the park there is also a unique pond with beautiful vegetation around which enhances the tropical look.
The resort equipped with an electronic gate and high tech surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of residents.
Extra:
The penthouse is equipped with hot water, lighting, window coverings, energy efficient (inverter) air conditioners and 220 volt (European) outlets. In addition, there are 2 parking spaces available.
The rental price is ANG. 3300,- excl. electric/water/sewage but incl. resort fees. The minimum rental period is 12 months and the deposit is 1 months rent.
