Apartment:
The apartment has a spacious living room with sliding doors to the spacious porch which is equipped with a garden set. There is an open kitchen with a fridge freezer and electric stove. The two bedrooms have air conditioning.
One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a single bed. The bedrooms share the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is hot water. There is a laundry room with washing machine.
Resort:
The resort will have a very tropical feel. This is due to the beautifully detailed landscaping. The generous communal pool is accessible to every resident and will be a nice meeting place. There is a small pool next to the large pool where children can play. Next to the pool is a spacious sun deck with sunbeds covered by a beautiful pergola. In the park there is also a unique pond with beautiful vegetation around which enhances the tropical look.
The resort equipped with an electronic gate and high tech surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of residents.
Extra:
The rental price is ANG 2250,- excl. electricity/water but including resort fees and wifi. The minimum rental period is 6 months and the deposit 1 month rent.
