Seru Hulanda Resort is located on the northeast side of the island. The apartment is available for rent for a minimum of one year. The Seru Hulanda Resort consists of 12 apartments, spread over 2 buildings with 2 floors. It is located on an elevated plot of approx. 2000m² in a quiet part of the island, between Santa Rosa and Santa Catharina. Various private homes have been built in the surrounding Rust en Vrede district.

Interior

This apartment for rent is located on the first floor of the 8-unit building and is offered fully furnished. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, 4-burner stove, oven, and extractor. The countertop has a 1.5 sink. There is a breakfast bar with two chairs.

In the living room, French doors give access to the porch with a spacious terrace. Here you have a wide view of the district. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. Of course, there is air conditioning in both bedrooms. Each apartment has its own alarm system, TV, and telephone connection. It features a hot water boiler and a washing machine.

Exterior

Between the two buildings is the communal swimming pool with sunbeds, cozy seating areas with palapa and an outdoor shower. A beautiful garden has been created around this. There is parking for 15 cars and the whole is walled and secured with an automatic gate with remote control for residents.

Pets are not allowed on the Seru Hulanda Resort.

The monthly rent includes internet costs and alarm system. Electricity, water, and the costs for Selikor must be paid by the tenant.
