San Sebastián – beautiful estate with guest house

This beautiful guesthouse is located in the quiet area of ​​San Sebastián on a plot of land of no less than one hectare. A stone’s throw away you will find, among other things, the salt pans of Jan Kok with its beautiful pink flamingos and beaches such as Porto Marie and Daaibooi.

You enter the estate through a beautiful entrance gate with a driveway behind it which leads to the guest house. You enter the owner’s house via the wooden staircase which is located in the middle of a charming library. Each studio has a spacious terrace, where you can really relax and enjoy the view of a real Caribbean garden including the Kenepa, Kalabas and DiviDivi. There is an extra studio of 27m2 which is used as rentable unit in the high season.

Extra information:

At the back of the natural garden you will find a lovely swimming pool with a sun terrace in an oasis of peace. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip here and can also enjoy a drink in the shade of the cabana and read quietly at the large table.

The guest house also has two extra storage / work areas on the ground floor. There is more than enough parking space for the guests. And the garden is maintained monthly by a good gardener. There is a deep well and water tank as well on the property.
