The house is located 10 minutes from Mambo Beach Boulevard and 15 minutes from downtown Willemstad, called Punda.
Very close from the house you can find the “Jan Thiel Zoutpannen”. This area is perfect for mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding.
The apartment
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable beds and big closets. Both bathrooms have a shower with warm water and a toilet.
The spacious living room is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a fridge with built-in freezer and a 6 pit gas stove with big oven. In the apartments you can find both 110 and 220 volt sockets.
A spacious on the wind terrace with lounge area gives you the opportunity to completely enjoy the Caribbean climate.
Lastly there is also the possibility to safely park your car behind the fence of the house.

The apartment is for rent for ANG 1.750,- per month. Excluding water and electricity. For ANG 45,- each month there is unlimited Wi-Fi available. (Small) pets can be discussed. The apartment is fully furnished or partly furnished for rent. Only available for long term rent. Ready for use on the 1st of July.
