The Resort has an excellent location for nearby restaurants, supermarkets, or the nearby beaches. The entire C-Bay Deluxe Resort is secured and gated, and each apartment also has its own parking space.
Inside
The apartment has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, and the second bedroom has one double bed. These two bedrooms share one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house has a total of two bathrooms. The main room has an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet, and the bedroom has direct access to the balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Inside the apartment, there is also a beautiful modern open kitchen with all the necessary equipment, such as the American fridge, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Next to the open kitchen, you will find the living room with a lovely sofa and seating area. Through the living room, there is also a passage to the spacious balcony. On the terrace, there is a complete lounge set and a dining table where you can look away at the beautiful view of Table Mountain.
Extra information
The Resort has a communal swimming pool with sunbeds, and there is also a playground for enthusiasts. In the apartment, you also will find the washing machine. The rent is 2200 dollars a month. The deposit is two times the monthly rent.
