Green Apple Office Building
The luxurious office spaces in Green Apple can be decorated and furnished in complete accordance with the personal preferences of the occupants. Ranging in size between 10 square meters and 127 square meters, the offices are perfectly suited for individuals and teams.
The innovative meeting rooms at Green Apple range from informal to traditional and are perfect for conference calls, team meetings, training sessions, interviews, or one-on-one. The comfortable furniture and the use of high-end equipment make for a pleasant and functional environment.
Green Apple has two lounge areas, designed to have informal gatherings, brainstorming sessions, or just relaxation.
Green Apple is designed to make a stay, short-term or long-term, as pleasant as possible. Therefore, a bar is a central part of the business center. It’s the perfect place to relax and have a drink with colleagues, clients, or business partners.
We currently have 4 units available at Green Apple at Hugenholtzweg 25:
– Ground floor 71 m2: ANG. 5500,- per month excl. o.b. available (incl. partition wall)
– Ground floor 52 m2: ANG. 3600,- per month excl. o.b. available (incl. partition wall)
– 1st floor 52 m2: ANG. 3600,- per month excl. o.b. as of January 14, 2023 (incl. partition wall)
– 1st floor 17 m2: ANG. 1300,- per month excl. as of November 1, 2022
The above prices include all facilities such as the use of the meeting room, coffee/tea, receptionist (no telephone service), aqualectra, etc.
It is good to mention that we have a generator, 24/7 access to the building, and are equipped with a camera and alarm system (connected to Securitas).
