Hi there!  It’s an honour to have you here! My name is Nick Hoetmer from NH Real Estate and me and my team have been selling real estate since 2011 on Curacao. In the past few years, we sold hundreds of homes. We represent sellers and buyers. Furthermore, we work with tenants, investors, and lessors. Our clients are locals, Dutch, American, Canadians, Venezuelans, Germans and others. Our agents speak Dutch, English, Papiamentu, Spanish and a little German.

Selling? It’s our goal to sell property in the shortest amount of time under the best conditions. To achieve this we use modern marketing strategies focusing on social media and video. Buying? We usually start with an intake meeting to get to know each other better. This can be in person as well as in a video call using WhatsApp or FaceTime.
